Hosted Operator Programme

    Hosted Operator Programme

In response to client feedback, Helitech International is launching the brand new Hosted Operator Programme. This means that the show team will be inviting a number of international Operators who might not visit the show otherwise, contributing to their flight, hotel or both, to ensure their presence at the event in October.

  • How does it work?

    • The Helitech show team will be inviting a number of visitors (operators), contributing to their flight, hotel or both, to ensure their presence at the event in October.
    • Who can you nominate? Up to 5 people, either current clients or companies that you are trying to do business with. You can also nominate company only and let us know which function you would like to see, and we will research it for you if you don’t have the right contact. The company can’t be a current or previous exhibitor at Helitech International, and although we can’t guarantee they will visit, we will make our best efforts to find and invite these companies.
    • What are the benefits for Operators? Selected visitors will get the cost of either their flight or hotel nights covered and access to the hosted buyer lounge where they will be able to have their meetings, as well as access to refreshments.
    • What will Operators be asked for in return? In return for their hotel nights and/or flights, they will be asked to attend a minimum of 5 meetings with the nominating exhibitors at the event.
    • How can Operators qualify? To qualify for the programme, the company must not have visited the show in the last 2 years.
    • How will we chose which nominees to invite? Companies/visitors will be selected based on the number of times they have been nominated by exhibitors – so please nominate them in order of importance for your business.
    • How will exhibitors know when companies have accepted? We will keep you posted throughout the process and will then contact you to arrange your meeting times. [I will add a deadline here once I finish the project plan]
    • How much will it cost? Absolutely free of charge for Exhibitors.
    • Why is the show team offering this service? We are shifting marketing budgets from traditional marketing channels to more specific targets, because we understand quality is more important than quantity, so we are making changes to the way we provide value to our clients. More and more of our clients are having to stretch their budgets to reach clients in Asia, Europe or Africa – we want to ensure we’re giving our clients that possibility to meet international clients under one roof.
    • What if exhibitors want to invite more? Depending on how many applications we have in total, we might be able to accept more than 3 per exhibitor. So if you wish to send more, please drop Teresa Heitor a note and we can discuss on a case by case basis.
    • How many people will be invited? Between 20-30 buyers in an initial stage. If the programme is successful we will be able to extend it.
    • What's the deadline? 21st June

Who is pre-qualified to be a Hosted Operator?

National or International Rotorcraft operators that have not attended the show in the last 3 years.

How do I nominate important guests?

Please complete the form below by the 21st of June to nominate the most in-demand decision makers that you want to see in Amsterdam in October.
