CPT 900 AD/AF ELT Beacon

The CPT-900 is a Class 2 ELT providing 121.5 MHZ, 243 MHz & 406 MHz transmissions designed to meet the performance & environmental requirements of specifications COSPAS/SARSAT C/S T.001 & EUROCAE ED-62: & technical standards EASA ETSO 2C-91a & ETSO 2C-126, & FAA TSO-C91a & TSO-C126. The beacon possesses the degree of ruggedness, flammability, reliability & maintainability compatible with airborne use. The basic ADELT system comprises the beacon, carrier & control panel. The beacon is contained within the carrier & mounted externally at a suitable location. The control panel provides for testing of system integrity, arming, crew activation, & deployment. When operated, whether by crew or remote sensor activation, the beacon is safely ejected from the aircraft.
